Labour only - L shaped deck with 2 small steps.17.7m2 deck, pine x-100x20 decking with x150x50 supports, 400mm centres. 21years old in need of repair, decking rotten. Job: remove decking, replace rotten x-150x50 supports as needed (25m total), replace with new pine decking (with nails, currently pins). I will provide timber/nails and remove waste to dump. Rental property.

I can highly recommend James Hall based on the deck he renovated for me 6th Nov 2014. He communicated well and often, did everything he said he would do, got the job done quickly with excellent workmanship at a price within my budget, offered me ideas & options, was enthusiastic and motivated and cleaned up the site to a high standard. I intend to use Hall Contracting services in future as James went out of his way to be helpful and exceeded my expectations.
