Replace rotted window frame section

We found some rot in a window frame. The a little way up the vertical side and in the external sill. Most of the rot has been removed. The window is a statehouse casement window - the are quite popular. It will need someone to to replace the sill and fix cup the rest of the wood. I have attached pictures. You can go along and take a look at any time.
