Tenancy exit - fix to small holes

We have just moved out of our tenancy and have a few holes that need repairing. #1. 2x dents in the walls from where heels of shoes have gone through, will need fix/patch and paint. #2. Multiple small holes where we have installed TV's, mirrors and desks on beams/walls, these are small holes where screws/bolts etc have been
