Repair or replace 2 x windows by experienced carpenter / builder

Repair or replace two windows as they have deteriorated and have rot. The three pane window has had the inner sill removed, replaced and the rot is through the bottom window and first weatherboard (see photo). There is a replacement second hand good condition window at the property to replace this. The two pane window has rot in the support (see photo) and possibly further. Replacement window for parts or full replacement is also at property. Replacement windows require initial measuring to ensure accurate fit and stripping and painting which could be arranged prior to installing. External facing boards need to match style of existing windows. Replacement of some weatherboards or house supports may be required. Week of 4 Nov easier for access.
