Rebuild Deck and Re Cladding Exterior Walls

My deck is the roof for two of my bedroom. It is about 50m2. I want new deck surface, handrails and 3 new posts (refer to attachment). I want to re clad 3 sides of of the exterior with wooden weather board. Add insulation to these walls. Replace one window with new aluminum window frame and double layer glasses. I want the job to be done a licensed building practitioner.
