House repair

I appear to have small leak coming from the upstairs deck whenever there is heavy rain. It appears to accumulate on the deck and somehow travelling inside and dripping in the kitchen. The cladding is cedar , this issue only happens after heavy rain. I am looking for someone fix this problem.
