Deck sanding and staining

Sand back existing deck including steps and small amount of low walls. Some decking has balustrades along the edge. Stain with Cabots Silver Beech water based decking stain. So changing from a brown stain to a white wash look. Estimated total area is 95m2 so say 100m2. Excluded areas from that shown in the photos is the perimeter wall along one side and to the rear of the pool - these will remain as they are. Also excluded is the vertical wall on the front deck. The main vertical faces that do need to be done is the wall behind the bbq and the two white chairs and also the small one at the end of the pool at the bottom of the steps.
