Rooftop Terrace requires redoing #2

We have an 8x11m rooftop terrace which is tiled. There are multiple leaks into the apartment below due to what we suspect is the sealing failing. We require tiles uplifted, and the entire area re-waterproofed. Drainage needs to be rebuilt. We intend to build additional rooms on this terrace in future therefore the surface needs to be suitable for this. The surface also needs to be walkable however we are open to options on this front. Looking to get this done ASAP. Rooftop terrace is two stories up. Stairway access only via the apartment.
