Two things we need a carpenter for! 1) Our villa has had some loose weatherboards in two places, and some moisture has gotten in behind them, visible in the corner on the carpet. Rather than just replace the weatherboards I think some remedial work is required as the corner wood has rotted in some areas. 2) One of the windows also appears to be letting water in around the wooden joinery, visible only rarely when the rain is blowing in a certain way.
