Repair rotten skirting board and damp wall from bathroom leak

It looks like the shower has a leak that has gone through the wall damaging a small section of skirting in the dining area. I'll attach a couple of videos. Although the skirting wood feels dry so possibly just dry rot. Hopefully just need to replace skirting. Looking for someone to check it out and give me their opinion. If it's just a small section of dry rot then perhaps cut it out and replace it. Would like it done asap ideally. Thankyou!
