Repair/replace rotten boards on villa porch

Hi there. The boards on the front porch are rotting and ideally need replacing please. The horizontal board one the first step beneath the porch boards is also rotten. We'd like them painted to match too please. See photos attached. NB: we've had most of the porch boards replaced a few years ago except the ones in front of the front door where there's rot. We've also had the rotten boards bogged before but I think it's time they were replaced.
