Re-attach Corner Soakers

We have a double story cedar house with copper corner soakers. Over time, several have come away that we have been able to reattach, but now one has come away and that is very near to the roof and we cannot get to it. (we estimate approx 10m off the ground?) We would like someone to reattach the corner soaker and also to check the others that are inaccessible to ensure this problem does not reoccur.
