Bottom plate needs replacement from show leak

Our main bathroom has had a leak (for many years) and has rotted some of the bottom plate in this section. We need to replace the bottom plate in the bathroom area. We've pulled a bit of GIB off the wall to inspect, but unsure if we've uncovered the full damage. Plan attached of the house, and the damaged floor plate area (highlighted red). Blue marks where the showers are installed. Doors are not marked (apologies) Don't believe this is a load bearing wall.
