Replacement/Reinforcing some water swollen MDF

Previous owner repaired a leak prior to taking over home but did not dry out water. Plumber confirmed there is no leak but MDF has swollen and degraded and caused some sagging points in the floor outside bathroom. Plumber suggested when bathroom was rennovated they should have used different material. We will need to look at the larger job to rectify this in the future but need to be able to replace or reinforce the areas with bounce from the damaged MDF as a short/medium term solution. Looking for some quotes/suggested solutions
