Exisiting floor board (10m2) have gaps between the woods and needs to be lifted and replaced with a layer of 19mm James Hardie Secura floor board / or a layer of 20mm Laminex Strandfloor to reduce noise transmission to the bedroom below. Existing carpet in the living room needs to be lifted to expose the floor board.
