Window and wooden door

We have a rental property which is an old wooden bungalow. A reasonable size wooden window fell completely out of the house wall last night. We'd like to get that fixed for our tenants! There is also a wooden door to a storage area under the house that needs new hinges etc. My tenant is normally home during the day so access should be no problem. Also - there is a short stair case at that property. It gets slippery. If someone could attached a few extra grips to the stair treads that would be great. Note that I am travelling and will respond to any emails as soon as possible - but there may be some delay since I am in a different time zone.
