Steps and Awnings

I would like to have the front stairs of my property replaced and also some replaced railings . The bottom step has a concrete base which has moved and may also require repair or a change. I am looking to have my home painted at the end of the year. Awnings - on the side of my house there are 2 windows which have no awnings over them. I have had one set of windows replaced during a renovation and the other set I had repaired last year. This area has no awning and so the weather comes straight into these windows. The previous builder recommended that I have some type of awning over these windows to assist in keeping them weather proof. I would like both of these jobs undertaken over the next few months - weather permitting of course.
