An area with the retaining wall slowly washing with the rain water and the soil andnwater get washed in under the house. There was a gib board that held the soil but it has pushed in and water/soil get in. A piece of timber needs to be fixed to cap the opening and some scorier needs to be used to fill the area inside under the house. There must be a smaller drain coil put under the soil to get the rain water drained. This is a smaller area to deal with
