Circular Bar

Looking for someone to design and build a rustic circular bar for an event I am running. It needs to be a functioning bar (so shelving built in, or space for shelving / ice buckets / stock etc) and can be made in two (or more) sections. Large enough to have staff work behind it (probably 2x staff) and a centerpiece in the middle (as per photo, likely to be a plant / tree of some kind). Not worried about the kind of wood used - this can be ply. It doesn't need to look identical to the image provided (i.e. panels can run any way that works). Bar top needs to be stained / water resistant as drinks will be placed on this. Location will end up in Ellerslie, Auckland - but will need to be transportable.
