Water Damaged cladding replacement

Cladding around the power board is water damaged and needs replacing. It has also damaged an area of less than one square metre of the inside wall which needs replacing. There is also two small areas of gib that needs to be fixed where a TV bracket has been removed from the wall and these areas plastered in preparation for plastering. Please see attached photos.
