picture frame mouldings

We have Rosewood planks (approx. 140mm x 20mm profile) and we need these ripped into 45mm x 20mm sections (with a 40mm x 6mm rebate). We need approx 50 linear metres of this profile made up by this Friday. We don't have access to a table saw or router table because of covid restrictions. Thank you.
