Replace existing 1st floor Decking

Quote 1: Remove top of existing tiled deck and supply and install new Kwila 150mm decking(or similar). The decking needs to be smooth on both sides as under the new decking will be visable from underneath. Quote 2. Remove top of existing deck and supply and install new Kwila 150mm decking(or similar) to the top and underside of deck. Smooth finish on top and smooth finish on underside. The size of the existing deck is 8.1mx1.8m. The existing deck is coverered underneath by some existing fibrolite so this will need to be removed but does not need replacing. May also need to replace some joists and framing. Contractor to remove all waste. We will supply new glass balustrade and handrails.
