Decking material replacement

The current wooden surface on the deck is tired and in disrepair. It is probably better to replace the decking material entirely rather than repaint it. The deck is on the second floor and the structure supporting the deck is in good condition and does not need replacing. Most of the supporting structure is steel. A decking material with a natural wood finish or stain would be preferred as this will look better and is easier to maintain.
