Hi we are Maintenance company, Job is at Princess Street Otahuhu, We need a urgent competitive quote for the below, and you are welcome to a site visit. The existing garage is 6x6m timber framed with weatherbord, corrugated iron roof. When you go through the garage door and all the way to the end, you can see a crack along the length of the garage (6m crack length), this is due to the sinking of concrete along the back of garage. We need to prop the roof from Outside, cut existing concrete of half of the garage and lay new concrete to level, level bottom plate, and remove existing roof and re roof the garage with existing sheets. My electrician will do the electrics in the garage.
