Deck restore and extension

I have an existing deck with council consent. aprx 20 years old It is 6m wide and 3m deep. At the highest point it is 1.7m. I would like a quote to extend it to be 7m wide (width of the house) and add another meter of depth. It will then step down to new decking of 4m x 2m. The new decking is all low height. I am thinking premium pine as the finish. If possible I would also like it to be made as waterproof as possible under the deck so that it can be used for storage. I am hoping to please get a ball park estimate from the information above and the photos attached. As far as timing goes it will need to be done in early March. Also could you please provide an estimate of how long the job will take. I appreciate that it is hard to be exact without a site visit so I am aware any information you provide is a best attempt and may change. Thanks Simon
