Repair to rotten timber on house and deck

On back deck, replace rotten boards. There is a glass pool fence attached, and needs straightening with more supports to straighten the fence to allow the gate to self close. There is a council pool inspection around 20th January. The front deck has rotten timber wall weatherboards that needs replacing, and a waterproof flooring that has gone soft on a join, and needs replacing.
