Replace runners and refurbish deck a bit

I would like to refurbish my existing deck as its old. The job in question will include the following: 1. Removal and disposal of the existing runners from the deck 2. Replace runners with new ones (preferably 90*32mm premium pine decking (smooth) 3. Fill in the side and front area with similar decking 4. Install a banister and hand rail on both sides 5. Connect central rain spout to existing drain services and reinforce area around the hole. For reference the amount of wood needed is approximately 60 square meters. I am open to any suggestions around this job if you have a better idea of what can be done. Also please include a price for using nails or screws. There is no urgent time frame on the job but of course the sooner the better.
