To access and fix a leak the plumber removed part of the wooden structure that covered the pipe. I would now like this fixed / repaired.

Phil turned up without the wood to repair the job. Wall paper was ripped in removing some timber, the job was very rough and the wood beading(?) is a piece of wood that has been split, there are gaps and joins are misaligned.
