Toilet Wall and Frame repair

We require a build to work along side our plumber to replace our urinals with new stainless steel ones. Carpentry work required after the plumber has disconnected the urinals: Remove partitions between, and at end of urinals to allow for repairs to be undertaken. Remove seratone wall linings to allow for removal and replacement of rotten timber framing and bottom plates. Carpenter to confirm full extent of framing replacement once seratone is removed. Remove and replace if required any framing (bottom plate, and plate further up), including vertical framing of rotten areas. Replace seratone linings and associated jointers covering the service duct beneath urinals and to wall as required. Silicone existing internal joins with mold resistant bathroom silicone and any waterproofing required. Reinstate all partitions as required.
