Decking Repair #2

We paused this job just before Covid and are now looking for a reasonable price to remove the old pine decking and replace it with new, for a deck approx 20m2, in Mt Albert. The bearers, joists, and posts appear in good enough condition. This will involve temp removal of the surround trellis and reinstatement. Pricing should include for 1 x small single step and 1 x small double steps in the rear doors of the house, per the photos. Optional pricing for 2 x entry stairs from ground level up to the deck, should be included, please. We are happy enough to go with pine, but would be open to go kwila or the like if the price was reasonable. Thanks Scotty
