Particle Board repair/replacement from water damager

As a result of a fish tank leak a portion of particle board flooring has been damaged. There is also some prior water damage to the flooring area near the wall and because of that the section of flooring may need replacing rather than just a surface grind/level but I would need recommendations regarding that. The area of flooring in question is roughly 2m x 1.5m although it is not the whole area that is damaged. Photos attached that show the area although not necessarily the damage I need this repaired & level to the extent that I can put another fish tank in that area.
