Stop leaks coming through deck doorway

We have an apartment in central Auckland (CBD). One of the doors leads onto the deck. The wood around this doorway is cracked and rotting, allowing moisture/rain through. In particular, there is no flashing underneath the doorway, allowing moisture through. Luckily the floor and surrounding walls are concrete, which seems to have contained the water damage. The door and door framing needs to be removed, new timber added where needed to replace the rotten timber, the door replaced, and flashing installed under the door to prevent future leaks.
