Tiled deck repairs

I have two tiled decks, one at the front and one at the back of my townhouse. These decks are on the upper story of my two storied home. One deck needs re-grouting only. (This deck is just over 5m long and approx. 1,1m deep.) The other deck needs assessing as there has been some internal leakage associated with this deck. Hopefully re-grouting this tiled deck will stop any water getting under the tiles and into the house. One tile is cracked but just needs siliconing up as it would be too hard to match a replacement. This deck is approx. 5m wide and 1.5m deep. The time frame for this job is as soon as possible. I live in Tauranga but am up at the house from Sunday to Wednesday every week. The decks could be worked on when I am not there if a ladder was used to access them. I could leave a power cord hanging through a window. I'm not sure if this would work for you guys but just a thought.
