Deck Refresh/ Replacement & Expansion

Hi there, I've got an old pine deck that's rotting, cracking & warping due to neglect (not mine) and the use of nails rather than predrilled screws or decking nails. I'd like to replace what's currently there, create a step down in part and expand the perimeter out in one area. The deck is not above 1m and overall size is roughly 30sqm. Ideally I'd like to get this work completed in the next month or so. Cheers.
