Securing balustrade to brick wall

I lowered the balustrade on one side of our deck (which at one end stretched up to and was attached to the eaves of our roof) . This has left it a bit wobbly. It needs to be attached to the brick wall. The wifi cable which was on the upright needs reattached, and the top bit of the balustrade needs to be nailed back on.
