The repair was undertaken in a tenanted apartment so I could not view the work . The tenant advised there was some damage done by Ricky ..I emailed Ricky who responded immediately offering to go back and sand and paint damaged wood .The tenant was unhappy to have him repair so I am waiting for tenant to ok Ricky entrance to repair . Ricky was very apologetic advising he thought the damage was there Befire ( it wasn’t) .
