Balcony Roof - Refixing with Polycarbonate roof material

We would need to repair the Balcony roof with new poly-carbonate / corrugated plastic roofing material and associated gutter and down-pipes work to be fixed. This is in 1st floor of house. Please see the attached photos for existing roof and frame to gauge the amount of work. The Balcony is accessible from side and inside house as we have a pergola / deck in the lower level

It was great to see professionalism and excellent workmanship from Tim .. We woud definitely recommend for any future jobs. He did great work for the actual replacement and also helped streamline existing setup to solve old problem. All in all good stuff and happy with outcome..
