120 year old kauri villa, regularly maintained,now needs a verandah balustrade replaced, a small number of weatherboards replaced, and some other one-off items of this kind. Follow-on painting/primerto all changes.

Excellent work in every way. Schedule affected by Lockdown (not anticipated, ofcourse!) but job completedin a timely manner. We will commision further work from MKB&C.
