A small job but needs someone with balcony skills. So a bit of extra earnings as can be fitted in to other work. It’s a small, recessed, apartment balcony made of an Australian semi hardwood. It’s made of all long pieces of timber for aesthetic reasons. The far side has a small cupboard on top (pictured) and the other side is a standard wall that juts out above timber deck. Job requires one of the middle boards to be cut mid-length (about 1/2 meter from wall) to get something out from underneath. As board’s then been cut, it will need to have a support created to fit underneath, not damaging the below waterproofed area so the boards can then be nailed back together. I estimate it will take about an hour or so to do. It would help if you have a battery-operated saw and other gear as I’m not sure if power will be switched on. If this is a problem please advise and I can make arrangements. I’d like to this job done on Feb 5 or 7 as aware of Waitangi Day holiday. I've estimated at about $300 + gst but open to discussion as based on price guide may be inappropriate
