Repair/replacement of several rotten weatherboards as house is currently being painted. Whilst the house is in very good condition there is bound to be some other minor work required in some area's to remedy as well. Scaffolding is already in place. I understand it would be difficult to quote on a completed job so am looking for a skilled carpenter/builder at a fair rate. Ideally to start work at some stage next week from Jan 28th onwards.

We have a very nice two storey Villa and Stavros is now my man for any further work on the property. Excellent exterior work on repairing and replacing various boards and general repairs on the property elsewhere. Very good work ethic and manner. Highly recommend.
