Alter Door and Frame to suit the new bigger Hot water cylinder

Hi I am a property manager and I am looking for a builder for the following job. (if proven successful, I would like to keep you on my books as we do not have many builders for the CBD) ....ignore expected cost entered on this site - I have no idea what to expect. PLUMBERS COMMENT: "the Cupboard Door Frame and Jams would need to be removed and altered by a carpenter for a new 135L HWC to fit, replacing the Door and Frame after the new HWC is installed. I would need to meet your carpenter on-site to confirm before confirming Estimate" PLEASE NOTE: Health & Safety Policy + Insurance Policy will be requested before quote is approved.
