Bathroom Repair

After a carpenter to fix a broken/rotten floor in a bathroom in Mt Eden - there's one main hole and one sunken section (see photos) but rest may be a bit dodgy too. The floor looks to be some sort of chipboard or plywood rather than floorboards. Open to either a patch repair or more of a full replacement, depending on cost and recommendation. Also looking to replace the toilet, which could be done before or after floor repair depending on which makes more sense.
