Rental property repairs - Ceiling, Cabinetry and Wall

Ceiling: Someone or something weighed down the ceiling tiles in one bedroom (double) will need to GIB over the whole ceiling, plaster and paint. Cabinetry: Replace drawer faceplates, water and physical damage. Wall: Paint over wall markings. Plaster holes in two areas and paint - Bedroom and Living room. A Site visit is advised and location is in New Windsor, Auckland. Ideally the job should be priced up before the 24th of January 2020 then carried out after the above date. I would like to emphasise that I would like a job done right and therefore I will not necessarily go for the cheapest quote.
