This job involves sizing, cutting and fitting a section of timber to the outside of a french door frame to fill a gap in the outside of the frame. The length is approximately 30 cm, with the width being 2-3 cm. The gap is a result of an old planter box being removed (the door frame had been cut to fit around the planter). The outcome I'm seeking is for the new piece of timber to sit flush with the existing frame, so that it looks tidy.
