Repair verandah floorboards

Hi 1.) Looking to get some verandah floorboards replaced. There are about 8 rotten boards that need to get replaced back to the joist. 13.5mm wide 2.) As per highlighted photo there is some rot on the corner of the verandah balustrade. So a section of this needs to be replaced. 3.) Internal side of the weatherboards has broken as per photo and one board needs to get cut out out and replaced. Thanks Sam
