Replace a small area of chipboard flooring that has swollen due to flooding. The area seems to be about 2m X 2m but could include another small area under lino. Needs to be replaced as we are re-carpeting and would be easiest if repaired before carpet layer works. Will require a quote.

Finishing could have been done to a higher standard as floor was to be lino and carpet. This requires a good finish. Speed was good but at the expense of smooth finish. Overall happy with the result though
