Handrail, baluster, windowsills, doorstep and painting

To replace stairway handrail, baluster, windowsills (exterior), and doorstep (interior & exterior) to shed. The wood is rotten and requires replacement with treated timber. Please refer to photos attached to this post. If contacted, please provide an estimate for the job including two coats of exterior paint. Must complete to a high standard and be meticulously clean & tidy.
