Replacing 50m2 of decking timber

We have a large deck that just needs the decking timber replaced. Posts, beams and joists are all fine - it's purely removing the old decking timber and replacing it with new. It used to be surrounding a pool, but the pool has now been covered over and that part of the deck is okay - it's just the surrounds that have started to break. So I estimate it's around 50m2 of decking that needs replacing. If you can quote me directly just on that being the correct figure, then we can measure properly if you get the job. I would like the quote to be based on removing and disposing the old timber decking, and replacing it with new pine decking (nailed in - not screwed). We only need the deck to last another 5-7 years before we demolish the whole of the property. Time frame is asap.
