Fix a hump (in the floor)

Hi. We have a hump in our floor near the kitchen (maybe 1-2 cms). We plan to remove carpet and sand floor so want the hump removed if possible. It's a 2 storey house with kitchen on 2nd floor. Access to the floor below i believe is from the double garage below kitchen. This has a gibbed ceiling. Wanting a quote for the work. Home wednesday --- .
