Water has been seeping through an exterior weatherboard wall and has rotted the timber. I need this repaired as well as a flashing added to the retaining wall to prevent it happening again. I have some large bifold doors that I would like to be improved so they open and close more easily. I have some steel window frames that need re-puttying and painting.
